Experian and what they do for us

How they work and why we’ve teamed up with them.

Making sure your details are correct

Over the years, it’s easy to forget to update our pension details, particularly if you have more than one. Perhaps you’ve changed employers several times, moved house or got married – big life events like these usually come with lots to think about and it’s easy to lose track when there’s so much paperwork.

We’re serious about making sure your money is safe and that your data is correct. That’s why we check your personal details now and then – to make sure everything’s right and fix anything that’s not.

The value of lost pensions in the UK has risen by 60 per cent since 2018, with over £30 billion considered lost*. Amongst this, for just the under 55’s, over 2.2m letters were undelivered! **

As we now have an emerging generation of renters, who typically move house more than 10 times and as a greater percentage of these are younger, auto-enrolled pension holders, it’s becoming more difficult than ever to keep personal details up to date.
