Signing up new clients and getting them started
Signing up a new client shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why we focus on easy-to-follow processes, accessible technology and support whenever you need us.
Steps to onboard an employer
Setting up a new employer with us is easy.
- The scheme can be set up online through our employer sign‑up journey.
- Once this is completed, we can provide guidance on connecting the employer’s payroll via API or submitting contribution records manually through our secure portal.
Our support team is also available to help with any queries during sign‑up, payroll setup or enrolling the first group of employees.
What information you’ll need to collect
To sign up an employer, you’ll need the following information:
- Employer details and Companies House information
- Payroll schedules and employee data formats
- Duties start date
- Total number of employees
- Details of any other pension scheme
- Payroll details.
Ongoing scheme management
