"What paperwork do you require in the event of a death claim?"
For all death claims we’ll need to see a completed claim form.
In addition, depending on circumstances, we may also request copies or evidence of any of the following:
- Death certificate
- Will
- Marriage certificate
- Civil Partnership certificate
- Proof of ID for spouse
- Proof of ID for Civil Partnership
- Proof of ID for any other claimant
- Grant of Probate
- Evidence of address
- Evidence of living at the same address as deceased
- Evidence of relationship to deceased
- Confirmation of length of relationship.
